Dwayne's Mentoring Program, Against All Odds, empowers mentees politically and economically to successfully discover and fulfill their Steel Life Assignment in the ever evolving world of science. Our program has a unique leadership development curriculum, that leads mentees through The Steel Making Process, in the wilderness of the scorching hot furnace of life. Dwayne's mentoring is unique and focuses on developing the next generation of scientists.
Dwayne's mentees are empowered with the necessary educational resources, to emerge as leaders within their communities. Our mentoring program provides rigorous training, through real Steel Life experiences. Hence, teaching mentees how to identify the problems in their lives, community, and society as valuable opportunities to provide a much needed service, to their community, society and ultimately humanity!
The Against All Odds Mentoring Program provides personal mentoring opportunities for individuals committed to personal training in character, conviction, passion, excellence, and leadership.
The distance learning opportunity allows leaders to connect with Dwayne personally and receive monthly Against All Odds lessons and resources as a part of a formal mentorship experience.
